Course requirements

ICTQual AB states that entry requirements may vary by centre, but typical expectations apply for age, qualifications, experience, and basic academic and language skills.

  • Learners must be at least 18 years old and normally hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in a related field such as Health and Social Care, Nursing, or Social Work, with at least one year of relevant adult care or healthcare experience

  • Learners should have basic literacy and numeracy skills and sufficient English language proficiency to understand materials, participate in discussion, and complete written assessment tasks

Assessments

The course includes mandatory assessment conducted through Approved Training Centres. Assessment is designed to check knowledge, understanding, and the ability to apply DEI principles in adult care practice.
