Course requirements

Learners should meet the awarding body's entry criteria to ensure they can participate effectively in training delivery, written work, and assessment activities.

  • Learners must be at least 16 years old, have a minimum of a high school diploma or international equivalent, and be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English

  • Prior experience in equality, diversity, inclusion, human resources, teaching, training, community engagement, or related fields is beneficial but not essential

Assessments

Assessment is mandatory and is conducted through Approved Training Centres to confirm learners' understanding of the course content and ability to apply it appropriately.
